... are you talking about what I see listed as a 1994 S350 Turbo-Diesel with W140 chassis and 603.971 6-CYL engine? This was to have you verify so that others will know... I'll watch to see IF anyone comes up with a diagram!!

engine compartment
I have one I can scan for the engine compartment... no interior.

It comes from a MB 603 engine manual.
