OVP for Diesel W124

Hi,

I used the search function and I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know if the OVP relay for diesel-powered W124s is different from gas-powered ones?

What's the latest part number? I've seen 201-540-37-45 as the latest so far. The "earliest" I've seen is 201-540-08-45.

My engine is a OM603.912 (300TD non-turbo), if that helps. Is the OVP model specific? Can I use an OVP meant for 300TDT in my 300TD?
