I just acquired a '90 sdl from a coworker for $2000.

The biggest thing it needs is a paintjob. Also, the radio turns on but no sound comes out from the speakers.

Nothing drives like a benz.

Check the fader control connection. I had accidentally disconnected mine while working on the console - drove me crazy trying to figure out why the radio wouldn't work
