210 606 service check sheet

My dealer has always provided me with nice trifold folders that are intended to be used as check sheets when doing an A or a B service. When I stopped in to renew my supply yesterday, he told me that they are no longer available and that a newer version is available on WIS(I think). He tried to print me a copy, but he couldn't get his computer to print.

Can anyone send me a copy? The document I need is P-2374-210-99D.

Thanks Marty. I have a WIS, but it is probably a few years old. Is yours a fairly new edition or am I not looking in the right place? Can you tell me where you found it on WIS? I don't find it to be too user friendly.

Assuming you are in the 210.025 model area, go to section 00.20 "Maintenance" and check "forms, certificates" box and you should see "service sheet for FSS system" at the bottom of the selections, that is the form you're looking for. On my FSS it is P-2374-086-210 (05/98).

Thanks - found it. Mine is dated 9/97. I think there is a newer one than both of ours as indicated above.
