115bar injector bodies with 135bar(turbo) nozzles

I bought a set of used off ebay- one has 115 bar stamped on the body. I assume this is for the 240D. Can I use the 115bar body and internals with a new nozzle(say a Bosio) designed to pop at 135bar?
Also- the threads where the hard line attaches are slightly buggered on one, and the return nipples are slightly buggered but not bent on the portion BELOW the barbs, pretty consistently on all 5. Not what I would call damage per se, but somebody said in a recent thread that if you scratch the return nipples they will absolutely leak.

The nozzles are the same for the turbo vs. n/a. It's the injector body that pops at a higher pressure for turbo engines. So you need to get springs/shims to adjust a 115 bar nozzle to 135 bar to work with a 617.95x engine.

From http://dieselgiant.com regarding all benz diesel engines save the OM606:

If you have over 100k miles on your injectors, then you NEED to replace the nozzles. The nozzles are what actually wear in the injector and determine the fuel spray pattern and atomization. This part can be used on OM 616, 617, 601, 602, 603 diesel models only. Please give year, make model and VIN # when ordering so we get you the proper kit.

Except that it's not true that you NEED to replace the nozzles just because you have over 100K miles on them. Test them, clean them if necessary, and if they still spray bad, then replace them.

These nozzles look like the surface of the moon. They're crap. I bought them for the bodies, to swap in some Bosio nozzles.
And about the damage to the threads, etc. that I mentioned????

Yes, I concur. I'm running a set of used injectors with quite a number of miles on them. They were cleaned and balanced and they run very nicely.

You mean the injector bodies are crap, not the nozzles. The return nipples shouldn't leak unless they have deep cuts on their widest section. If that's not the case, it's most likely just cosmetic damage that won't affect anything, other than the look of the injectors. Let us know how the Bosios turn out. I've been curious about them but so far I've read mixed reviews.

No, I mean the nozzles are crap. Toast. Fubar. Cratered in the center at the pintle aperture. No longer test out for flatness. Concave. Ugly. The bodies have just been manhandled during the return hose removal. I'm going to post some pictures later on, maybe you can tell me what you think.
