Is the SD trans same as the D? If so I'll talk to a guy who just towed his DOA D to our Indy. It's got a bunch of miles--engine won't start, but trans is good I think. He may be interested in parting out.

The only thing different is the speedo cable, there is a cable on the D and sensor on the SD. I can make a 300D tranny work. Thanks Jay

What should I pick up to rebuild my trans. I have cracked open one a few weeks ago, its not that hard to replace most of the disks and plates in there. Thanks Jay

bulkpart.com has all the parts you need. Just a full banner kit with clutches and steels, the bands don't wear enough to warrant a replace. I saw the B2 band around $110 last I saw for the OE, maybe you can get it cheaper aftermarket.
