Good evening folks...

Simple question.What are my limitations about having a trailer hitch on a 1983 300SD?
Is it feasible(since its a diesel)?
What is the maximum weight to pull and weight on hitch itself?
Do I need an extra transmission cooler,or does the one on the car suffice?

I would say a class I hitch,,, gross weight 2000 lbs. and 200 lbs. tougue weight would be about the max. Tranny cooler should not be necessary, but keep an eye on your water temp when towing.
