The outside piston is stuck pretty good and dust boots are all cracked up with chunks missing so I am pretty sure that was it. Besides, after 100 miles down the road, no noise and brakes working good. Just got to check all the calipers after I get home tomorrow.

I agree, most likely the caliper. You should also take some fluid and a device of your choice to bleed, just in case you get air into the line.
