GreaseCar.com forum mysteriously disappeared - anybody know what happened???

I just checked the forum over at GreaseCar.com and it s GONE!! I had it bookmarked and now it just goes straight to the main page - and there in NO LINK for the forum.

Anybody have any clue as to what happened to it? Is it just down for maintenance or something?

Really? It doesn't work for me still...

And in regards to what happened, they took the link to the forum and looped it back to the home page yesterday. You could still get to the forum if it was in the cache of your browser. As soon as we started posting again the forum disappeared entirely- even the threads are gone.

Greasybenz- even if there was a lot of spam, there were a lot of people looking for help. Now they have to call greasecar. I'll miss it.

Thats the dude from Tampa/St pete florida right?

If it is he came to the GTG we had in a pretty haggard 190D. amsoil300CDT brought a friend with him Klause IIRC and hes a hardcore german 240D owner (has one in germany). He called onetank's car "ScheisseWagen" ...

Yes just checked today it is gone for good or at least till diesel prices shoot back up to $4.00/gal. which in time they will. I was told they rebuilt their website and the amount of acrivity on the forum did not justify the cost to include the forum. It is a shame as I thought they had a good forum and a good product with their wvo kit. Hope it comes back some day.
