Tie rod boot clamps?

So I just got my new lemfoerder tie rod ends and I noticed that thet have no wire clamps on the top of the boots. There are clamps on the base of the boots. Should I swap the clamps from my old tie rods onto the new? there were no instructions with the new parts. Seems like they should have shipped them ready to install..... Has anyone else recieved tie rod ends like this?
