I sold one yesterday on Ebay. Springs, pad, and leather,tracks and all....sold for $36.00.......I don't get it:confused:

I have a feeling well be seeing a few more seat springs on ebay over the next few weeks. I can't believe what they're going for!

The fact that you listed it for only three days could be a factor. Look at the first three day's bids on your current listing. Not all that impressive.

Presentation is also a big factor. Most people are probably interested in the spring box. That's what they need to see. It's hard to judge the condition of the springs when the seat cover is installed.

good point. I listed for 3 days cause I wanted the money for the purchase of the 84......still didn't get paid though.

I think that the extra 40 cents that Ebay charges for a 10-day listing is money well spent. Start the listing on Thursday evening, it's up for two entire week-ends, and ends on a Sunday evening (prime time at Ebay.)
