What's the best? NO2 or Propane?

Lance will be all over this one...

So what's better. Propane is fuel and Nitrous is Oxygen. so would both be better than each seperately?

Also, would a huff of propane assist cold COLD weather starting? or just KABOOM?

Propane till you're out of turbo air, then NO2 to supplement air supply.

If you are planning on doing this I would suggest a computer controlled system that monitors EGT as you could be in for a surprise.

Turning up the boost and turning up the injection pump.

Propane when your pump is at the max and you can't get any more mm3 pushed through it.
NO2 to get you off the line until the turbo has spooled.

Remember, just because NO2 is not a fuel doesn't mean it can't make your engine go "boom". VIDEO

I'm sorry for the confusion Forced. That wasn't for you, or for your post. It was more for the thread title and the whole concept....... Sorry for the misunderstanding.
