The necessary inputs could be duplicated, if there's a transmission that bolts up.

None will bolt up to a W123 except a 230E/TE. The starter wart is on the wrong side.

LOL, that's what I'm driving everyday: '82 300 Turbo with a 4-speed. The PO did the conversion, and he did an excellent job. And it's FAST!
