I need them quick, otherwise I'd order them from our web hosting friends...

You should be able to get the bosch plugs at napa or shucks. Just dont get the champion plugs!

Although this forum is supported by the Fastlane parts supplier I fully expect that you can get these at NAPA. They are a standard Bosch item.

It is, however, rude in my opinion to come on this forum where parts are sold and ask for other sources.

Would you walk into your local NAPA and ask them if they can tell you where there is someone else from whom you can buy a particular part?

My $0.02,

My $0.02,

I bought mine at Autozone. Oem Bosch. I needed them the day I bought them. Fastlane cannot do that, unfortunately.

He did say he needed them quick or he would have bought them through Fastlane. I use Fastlane also, and I have asked NAPA and the others if they knew if a part was available locally if they did not have it. Rudeness would be just walking in and asking if you had no intention of buying from them in the first place.

rrgri... has a point. I also needed one right now Autozone helped me with a Bosch plug.

My $0.02,

Especially when all you have to do is call Napa or Autozone and ask them. Or if your real lazy go to their website and do a search.

Holy smokes, are you guys uptight or what?

Actually, most were agreeing with you.

My car is a daily driver, so I can't afford down time either. If Fastlane does not have it, Phil is real good about telling you where to find it. He even advised me to get an A/C hose rebuilt locally rather than pay $400 for it. The rebuild cost me all of $25, and I had it back same day. Roy is also good to deal with and replies quickly.

Like you, I buy from our forum sponsor when I can, and go local for my "need it now" stuff.

$9.99 at Autozone for Bosch. Part number 80006. Don't forget to buy them two at a time with a pack of gum each time so that you get your frequent buyer car punched each time. 10 times gets you a $20 store card. (I think it is $20.)

I have had them in my SD for YEARS, no issues. The Autolite apparently leave some to be desired. Again, NO issues with the Champion (Federal Mogul).

AutoZoo gift cards rock, I have around $200 in them now. :D

You need a tax resale account number, just like to purchase anything else wholesale. I use IMC too.

Yup, if I'm in a hurry I just call my indy who is about 5 miles from the local worldpac warehouse. He calls them and he has the part within about an hour. On Monday, I ordered a new radiator at about 10AM and had it by about 2PM. :D
