Simple pleasures

Rather pointless thread I suppose but I was just thinking yesterday afternoon as I walked out of my office to go home how great it was to see this...

... waiting for me. Makes all the stresses and troubles of the day fade away

What a disappointment! I was expecting to see a Babe!

Seriously though, in this day of 25 years later, that is a VERY nice looking 123 car. I drove about 800,000 miles in two different cars very much like this one, a 77 and then an 84 and both sticks.

I understand.

Nice ride!

It looks like the camber on your front tires is waaaay off. The top of the tire is tilting way to much inside.

Well. Lets just say the interior does not look quite as good as the exterior

Actually the passenger seat and center console are out as I wrestle with the heater box and stuff. Many other threads on the forum about that already. It's pretty much a rolling restoration.

As for the camber on the wheels. Yes I know. The suspension probably needs to have everything on it that can be - replaced. Both front and rear. Only then could I really try to get stuff like camber etc right I think.
