300SD Oil Leaks Even After Pan Changed

Ok so I was leaving oil spills everywhere I went, appeard to be leaking out of the oil pan gasket area. So I got a new pan\gasket, and the leak has gotten a lot better, but still drips. I have an HOA who fines me for my leaks on the pavement. Is there anything I can do to stop this dripping, such as oil additives (currently using 15-40) to help? Its not comming from the pan, but just about everywhere else - all the way back almost to the transmission drain (but no transmission fluid leaking).

Has anyone else been in this position? Im looking for ideas. I may have to start bringing a big piece of cardboard around with me everywhere I drive, and put it down after parking
