Brian's point was that customers want turnkey cars that can go anywhere yet you have to plug in the block heater and have that hairdryer handy even in LA.

A 2 tank system wouldn't need this at all even at 44F.

who is tikitony? are you on this board too? or is it Brian's alias.
"The beauty of the Lovecraft system is the simplicity combined with the robust injector pump that Mercedes designed almost 30 years ago. After I learned that unheated veg oil could be leaving deposits of carbon in the cyllinders, I was worried, especially the way Frybrid bashed LoveCraft, and Joel at Veg Powered Systems threatened I'd be replacing my engine after a year because of carbon deposits. I didn't know what to do. By dumb luck, I found out that the City workers who work with Tar for fixing pot holes have found that the best solvent for degumming their tools, and breaking down nasty tar is..... VEG OIL. They buy it by the barrel load (which, I thought could be a good new oil source for me, but it was more expensive that Smart and Final) So, any carbon from unburnt cold veg is easily dissolved and blown out once the warm to hot veg oil starts pumping in. If you are still concerned, diesel mechanics have been cleaning their injector pumps and diesel engines out with Automatic Transmission Fluid for years."

Please somebody correct me if I am wrong but didn't Chris Goodwin over at Frybrid call Lovecraft out over his dubiouis claims a year or 2 ago ?
Me thinks he ( Brian ) was soundly trashed over on that forum, frybrid.com, and for good reason.
From what I know Chris didn't heavily moderate his forum and took his lumps when he knew he was in the wrong, can't say the same for this Lovecraft guy.
I guess different business style and person running the show at Lovecraft.

Hmm, I wonder if one of those magnetic block heaters could be placed on the IP to assist heating up the cold VO startup? there is motor oil in the IP on our cars, so it should hold a good amount of heat yes? maybe another one on the fuel tank. the lines will still be cold though... perhaps wrap some heat tape around them? hmm, lets see that's 4 cords pulling 3-400 watts each each night to be able to start a car on veg oil... then of course, what do you do when you have parked your car away from home... scary. but possible I guess.

JeffnLisa is on frybrid a lot. seems like a pretty knowledgable guy.
i think Brian made up an alter ego while we were sleeping last night and posted that thread. That almost sounds rehearsed.

Not a problem....I already posted a reply aimed at dragging them out.

THIS IS FUN

I don't plan on getting nasty with him but enjoy watching him dance around the thing he doesn't want to answer.......Can we maybe get some other forums involved "incogneto" ? The more the merrier I say

from a testimonial ...speaks volumes of character.

"He does it cheaply and guarantees his work from soup to nuts. It does, however, require one to have patience because Brian doesn’t like to be hassled. If you irritate or get pushy with him he won’t sell you a car. A friend just bought one and now we think it’s hilarious watching Brian turn people away. We affectionately refer to Brian as the "Biofuel Nazi". His business is absolutely booming! The car is great. Runs smooth and smells like popcorn cooking"
