.....it's a neat 1/43 scale die-cast of a 1976 230E

Revell markets a die-cast 123 in 1:32 or 1:48 scale that looks pretty good too. I saw my first one in Helsinki last fall. They wanted €36 (45 USD) for it so I decided to wait to buy until I was in Hong Kong later on in the trip...I did manage to find one there but the damned thing was even more!!! Something like 450 HKD (57 USD)...ultimately I decided I didn't want one all that bad anyway.

my wife bought me this one for christmas. it was a 240D tho, while now i can only find the 230E on amazon.
