What is "Wet" under my car???

I took a quick look under my car last night, and it seemed to be wet all the way down the car. I tried smelling it, and had no noticeable smell. Looked and felt like a mix of road grime and water. But I have not driven through any water recently. I was able to wash it off my hands no problem, so it does not seem to be oil. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Strange question, I know lol.

Thanks!

Where is it located under the car? Sounds like maybe the drain hose for the a/c was clogged and let loose

It runs all the way from the engine, back to about the area under the passengers side seat. Of course the "wetness" from the engine area is oil.

Where is the location of the AC drain tube?

On my w123, the A/C drain is right in front of the passenger floor board, at the firewall.
