vacuum line color and trans control valve

Just to double check...
yellow = master door lock switch
yellow with black/brown/red stripe = vacuum reservoir
Brown = ignition switch(shutoff valve)
Blue = seat back locks
green with yellow stripe = HVAC

And the other part of the question... how many inhg should the transmission control valve($200 valve mounted on IP) hold at idle? 200rpm? 4000 rpm?
