I have a 1985 300D turbodiesel with the bigger american bumpers. Is it possible to replace these with the flush european style bumpers? They look more stylish. Also, how much might it cost?

Yes, that is possible. I have seen american imported W123's here with the euro bumpers. I don't know anything about the US costs.
All the W123 parts in europe go to the mid-east...
