Idle Adjustment

I recently adjusted the ALDA on the 85 D with good results but I might need to tweek my idle. Can someone please tell me where the idle adjustment is done? Thanks.

On the inside of the IP, between the IP and the engine is a threaded rod with a locknut. The locknut needs to be loosened to adjust the idle via the threaded rod. But, be careful with the locknut as it's possible to break the ear off the IP in the process. If the adjustment has never been done before, make sure you soak it down with some Kroil first.

This is very good advice as I did manage to break off the "ear" on the IP that holds the Idle adjustment screw. Very aggravating
