I think your numbers are probably dead-on, for your test equipment - although I kind of wonder if different equipment might have a slight variation one way or the other. It shouldn't though. Note that the desired spec (and the spec for 1990+ engines) with the pulse/piezo setup, the target would be 14.8°
BTDC, corresponding to 14.0°
ATDC using the RIV numbers. Yikes, it can be confusing keeping those A's and B's straight, lol.
427L88, do you mean the splined delivery valve barrels where each metal fuel line attaches? That's just to allow the clamping devices to have a fine angle of locking (not sure if I'm explaining that well). There's no adjustments done there, that's a "right or wrong" torque setting.
