EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation, its an emissions device. It reduces power, dirtys up the air intake, and causes additional engine wear.

Also the return line, injector thing is leaking....


Any ideas on how to fix that?

Think it might be a washer or crush washer....

Whats leaking? The return lines or the hard lines?

not really the line that is leaking.

But the port, is leaking.


You can see a bunch of bubbles coming out of there.

And my Dad changed the O-rings to fix it but nothing happened.


but he didn't change out the crush washers.

I think the metal holder, the one that needs a torx wrench, is cracked.

What port? I'm still not sure what you are talking about? The delivery valve seals on the IP?
