Mercedes instant start system? Tell me more!

"Beru's ISS diesel instant start system in the new 6-cylinder diesel engines allows them to start as fast as gas engines, down to minus 25 degrees Celsius and run smooth and clean even right after startup."
How are they doing this?

Hmm,I don`t think they`re applicable to PC diesels...and Beru do not list ISS plugs for w124`s...
