Seat Booster Pads?

Anyone ever tried these?

They seem to be pretty simple, going INSIDE the front springs for additional support. Should be easy to make your own out of pool noodles or foam rubber.

Interesting. He says it only fits on the 123 and 126, but it looks like it has a 124 part number.

Wonder what the dealer installed labor charge is on those?

Homemade Sumatra coffee = $.05 Starbuck's = $4.50
Generic pool noodle = $1.47 Official MB pool noodle = $50.00 + S&H

I can't believe the bidding is up to $50.00  There seems to be a business opportunity here if I can just find some black pool noodles!

It's all about the brand I guess :P

See how I did it here:

I've used the 126 version of these. A few years ago they were in the $20/pair range at the dealer. Part # is in thread #4 of this thread:

My question is where did he get black pool noodles from? lol

I did the pool noodle upgrade this last weekend. Total was a little over 3 bucks plus tax.

I bought the 124 blocks for $8 each

I guess I need to put them in the seats to really notice a difference. Right now the closet is really enjoying them.:D

I need to do the pool noodle thing.. Also what about those strips of foam like fabric that go in the pleats.. mine seem to be slipping out..
and sheep skin seat covers

I would stay away from pool noodles, or any other open-cell foam product. It won't last long. You really need closed-cell foam for this application. Closed-cell foam is a lot more expensive than open-cell foam.
