That looks like what they did. Thats one of the best solutions I have seen for extra guages.

-Headlight intensity
-Fuel flow rate
-Fuel pressure

-Oxygen content of intake air
-Wheel bearing Temps for all 4 wheels (separate gauges)
-Exhaust tip temperature
-Turbo Temperature
-Hood Star Angle Measurement
-Coolant level (metered gauge)
-Oil Cooler Temperature
-temp gauge for cup of Starbucks sitting in console.

Seriously, if I had that many gauges, I'd give myself some kind of serious brain injury trying to decide which one to stare at at any given time. I'd love to just have boost and EGT on there.

Now my Jeepie ... all dummie gauges stock, so I really want to get a real coolant temp gauge, oil pressure, plus boost and EGT. Unlike the Benz, it looks like a real pain to plug in a boost gauge ... no place to put the line on the manifold.

I've been waiting for my outside temp gauge to fix itself for several years, but somehow it isn't regenerating on its on. Yeah, in my case it's just the display that's broken ... all mottled and messed up. I have found replacements fairly cheap, but it's really come down to not wanting to pull the cluster to fix it ... it just isn't that important, considering I can get a good guess on the outside temp when I'm standing outside the car beforing getting into it.

One place I've wanted to put gauges but haven't seen anyone try ... how about the ash tray in a 124? Is the space simply too small? It'd be so cool to design something that sits inside of it and can be kind of hidden in the ash tray. Like a secret gauge you can open and shut.

Dunno about the 124 but others have put their boost gauges in there.

I already had said the Differential Temp....but I do like the curb weight, oil flow rate, and airflow ones!

An obsession gauge would be of no use for me....it'd just always be pegged.
