What do you mean by adjust?

A sticky gauge is most likely due to a clogged up tank sender. You can remove it and have it cleaned if that is the problem.

any links on how to pull the sender or where it is
does the tank have to be droped or can the sender be pulled
with the tank in the car?

my odo is broken and the guage is very random in it's movements
I ranout of fuel at 1/2 reading but sometimes read near correct I just never know if true or random

does your odometer work? I try to keep an eye on the mileage I am doing, and when I reach a large miles figure, I fill up anyway.
