Sometimes you get lucky

I ran across a great accessory the other day. The story goes that an army couple was stationed in Germany for 16 years. When they moved back the army paid to ship the stuff, all of it. Included in the stuff was a gutter-mount basket rack from the late 80s. The husband has since passed away and she's getting rid of his stuff.

It clears the wagon roof rack, but as far back as it is in the photos is makes some noise.

Turn the car over for long downhill runs.

They look cool to me, Tad! I wouldn't mind a rack like that, good find.

Well, it's on Ebay now. I just can't seem to justify it for my wagon.

Locak Pickup Only :(
if it was the whole car, it'd be worth a trip to VA.
Roof racks not so much.

I would be really interested if it weren't local pick-up only. Bummer. I wouldn't need it often, but it would make moving stuff much easier.
