I installed a new radiator last night and have the kind without a cap on the actual radiator (it is on the resovoir).

I filled the upper hose neck with coolant, and it filled up to the top, then I filled the resovoir, to the cold mark and ran the car 20 minutes, last night and 45 minutes today. The resevoir level has not changed!!!!

Does that mean I am right on the money with the level?????

it sounds like you got it.
the tank type systems are much easier to fill.
