Frybrid doesnt give you a fuel tank. Couldnt understand getting that system and not have the most important part. GreaseCar came quick and was easy to install. No parts to chase after. PEX Hose-In-Hose was not the best way to go but now its sold with aluminum HIH arrangment. conducts better heat to the WVO.

I have a GreaseCar system for 1 1/2 years. 25K grease miles later I only had 4 problems. Mosty my fault tho.

1. H2O pump went after a short time on grease(Common problem in old mercedes)
2. Fuse to system blew because of existing wire rats nest in glovebox(Previous owner ripped out an eQ - live wires all over)
3. old style manual liftpump crapped out (typical of old Mercedes)
4. Plastic Tee fitting from firewall coolant collapsed.(Rather than correct the hose angle I overtightened the clamps nad collapes the Tee) Dumb, Huh?

But its nice to buy fuel onse a month than twice a week.

Here, here.
2000 miles in the last 4 weeks and only one tank of diesel.

95 miles per gallon. . .

Make that 21k miles on veg (now)

Im sure theres alot of ways to do it. Just use a good 2 tank system. I paid the $ for Frybrid since its well tested and well thought out.

Just avoid the bottom dwellers and 1 tank conversions. This aint rocket science but there isnt any point ruining a perfectly good old benz to save a hundred bucks a month on dino.

Forced, I never thought Id hear you recommend WVO. Guess those $4/gal dino prices are settin in

ive got a frybrid system, and yes, they did make me wait 2 months after payment to get it.

but its worth the wait. after 5500 miles on veg, my 87 300d turbo has never been happier.

Is this the same guy who is screwing people on Ebay and has 2-3 lawsuits plus an investigation going on him? Or am I getting him confused with someone else?

No, if they are going to abuse their engine with waste veggie junk they might as well do it right and minimize the damage.

Frybrid gives you a tank, with a Mercedes or VW kit anyway. If you have a Dodge or Ford truck, then you have to get one of those bed toolbox/tank things, so those kits don't come with a frybrid tank, but you get the in-tank heat exchanger.
http://frybrid.com/kit.htm

Greasecar doesn't give you a final fuel heat exchanger...I don't understand a company that sells a kit that can send inadequately heated oil to your engine...that seems more important than what you put your oil in.

Hahaha, I thought someone stole your login!

I'll check back when you're paying $5/gal
