83 300SD Low Speed Shake

Recently purchased the car but today out of the blue, at about 35-40mph it started shaking and vibrating, it's very intermittent and goes away if you speed up to about 50 or slow down to about 30 along pulling bad towards the right. Should I go and have a alignment done along with balancing and rotating the tires or what else could be wrong?

It might just be tires.

Having an '83 SD with similar problems I did these things:

replaced shocks (they were worn out)
replaced rear springs (they were sagging like a pair of hip hop pants)
...and the thing that made the biggest difference.

bought a new set of tires and had them balanced.

Took it into Les Schawb yesterday and they told me they couldn't do the alignment without replacing the radial arm bushing so I went to napa and bought them. Just got done putting them in, lessened the shake a little but I also noticed most of the bushings are shot. How much of a job is it going to be to go through and replace the rest of them?
