Fix for squeeky seats?

The most annoying thing about all my MB's is that the seats squeak and creak from the plastic parts that surround them. Everything I've tried only seems to help for a short time. Is there a good fix out there?

Plumbers grease?

Someone on this forum once told me plumbers grease, where the plastic part and vinyl meet. I think he meant plumbers white sealant, but I'm not sure, looking for the answer myself.

I've used plumber's grease (pure silicone grease) on the MB-Tex, then wipe it clean leaving just a slight residue. On leather I used Lexol leather conditioner, probably has silicone in in too, but anyway just make it a little slippery. The opposite of putting rosin (SP?) on a violin bow to make it vibrate the strings, you are lubricating the bow(seat material) so it doesn't vibrate the strings (plastic trim).
