I hit the 300K mark ! !

Well, it finally got there.....300,000 miles......still going strong.

New A/C in place, cooling the car great, new seat belt to keep the inspection nazi's happy, and, if I ever take the time to put them on, new seat covers!

my economy has dropped with the AC, from 25 in the city to somewhere closer to 21....but it's worth not dripping sweat!

Next landmark to come

Congrats!!

At 312,500 miles you'll qualify for the 500km Mercedes Benz high mileage badge, to keep your 155,000 mile (250km) high mileage badge company on the car's grille.

They really can run forever!

Add all three daily drivers in my family together and you'll get over 300k

I've only got a measley 103,300. I'm on my way, but at my current rate it'll take me 20 years

My dad's '83 300SD is getting there, he drives hundreds of miles a week, so its not too far off. He's at 284,240 right now, just did an oil change yesterday with the Mobil 1 5w40 Turbo Diesel Truck oil. So I put the change sticker on the window that says "289,000" for the next one. Two more oil changes till the 300,000 mark!!

As for me, I'm slowly getting there. I am at 258,093 currently. During the summer I usually drive over 300 miles a week, and go on several long trips. So I get in a lot of miles.

I'm at 382K miles at the moment, and I'll be adding another 2-3000 miles over the next two weeks, closing in on 400K.
