how can i get them out and replace them? i really dont wannt break the plastic cover by forcing it...

pop the hood.. look behind the light and find three plastic knobs that are white..unscrew them and the headlight door cover comes off man.. .its easy as pie.. then the chrome piece around the light unscrews and out comes the fog light.. if you need to change the bulb it just pops out the back of the light itself

The black things are the aming adjustments. You might have to re aim them if you've been spinning those.
