I agree that its federal for sure, but...

My 84 euro 300TD has a manual (non powered) Hirshmann antenna in the rear (same place as the US version).

The bumpers are US (not euro).

Incedentally, the my 84 has almost exactly 170K on the clock but the odometer is still ticking.

Here is a definite euro td. manual climate controls, bumpers etc.
