Anyway to replace 85 300D CC vacuum diaphragms without pulling the dash?
Anyway to replace 85 300D CC vacuum diaphragms without pulling the dash? My car is defect free excpet that I believe I have a Climate Control vaccum leak; if I try to pull a vacuum on the master green -yellow vacuum line, I can't.Or else is there some way to put a vacuum check valve on the master green -yellow vacuum line?

Yes , you can replace all the CC pods without removing the dash. The hardest one is the one behind the eyeball vents front and center. For that one , IIRC, it is best to leave the back half alone and reach in through the vent (small hand) remove front half of pod and replace diaphragm. Rick
