Got my High Mileage Award, time to say Thanks to all in this Forum

200K and counting. Thanks to all of you here! Have learned alot and now my CD is running better than ever. Next on the to do list is mostly cosmetic, outside of normal maintenance and replacing the parts that are beginning to suffer from Father Time.
Just one question this time out. Where is the proper placement on the grille for the badge?

P.S. Yeah I just washed her. Can only do it on Sundays here in South FLA

Great going! You don't get those kind of badges with any other car except the Volvo.

You can affix them anyplace, most cars like yours have them just where you
have yours, but on the left side, that I have seen.

Leave some room for the 500,000 badge, one that's coming next!!

What are the badge points miles wise, 100k miles, 150k miles, 200k miles, 250k miles and 300k miles? They go to 500k miles? I have 188k miles on mine.

How does one go about getting one? Just order from MB dealer?

There's a form the dealer needs to certify the mileage on, then you send that into MBUSA for the award.

Apparently I was mistaken, they also have 750km, 1Mkm and 1M mile awards.

Can those of us with broken odometers get them? Already have enough to get the first one, car probably has enough for the 500,000 since the odo stopped back in 1996 based on carfax..

Here's your sign.

Once again thanks to all of you here. Let's keep them rolling forever.

The hardest part was dealing with the sales people Just go to service and let them know what you need. I had several folks outside going WOW they really do last that LONG.

I proved you can take it to a notary public and the badge will still arrive
