Hang in there - things will be better in the future, but its going to take a couple of years at least.

Current Job: Environmental Consultant, I clean up contaminated sites, and remove underground storage tanks in NJ, so I'm really busy.

Thats why I drive a diesel 32 mpg and 27 mpg on WVO and getting paid for every mile.

After 21 years on the water front as a Ship Stevedore , managment, I could not beat them, so I joined them. 6 years now as a Clerk in the International Longshoremen's Local 1593 (http://ilalocal1593.org/index.html) and love it!!! I still work other jobs outside of this just because I can, 26 vending machines, tug boat deck hand, storage unit auctions and resale on ebay, and some horse trading here and there. I also still Stevedore for Maersk Lines one or two days a week as needed just to piss off some of the union members

I build electric guitars and basses. I'm just starting to dive into amps. It's always been my dream to build tube guitar and bass amplifiers.

Fun Job!! I'm 26 and enjoying every minute.

Mercedes is a fun hobby. If I could, I'd buy every 'needs work' 617 and 616 powered mercedes in the country, park it in my yard, and fix each one to good working order. Drive the ones I like and sell the rest! That's fun in my opinion. But I'm married and have a real job and kids so I just do that in my spare time. In other words I don't do it

I have my work, and am a very busy individual. I try to keep busy, but my heart is still, and will likely always be broken. Money was not an issue with us. She came from very little, and I came from a lot, and earned my own. It didn't matter to either of us, if we were completely broke, or rich, we were simply happy together, and that was really all that mattered..Life sucks, and then you die.

I can understand that. My gf that I had hoped to ask to marry me was killed by a drunk. Hit the driver's side door at about 180 km/h. (nor a mercedes) I haven't really wanted to be home ever since that happened. I have spent a lot of time across the continent. But, very few girls remind me of her. She was Unique.

Career-Somehow ended up with an MBA and working for the worlds largest manufacturer of semiconductor processing equipment until I was laid off in 12/01. Gave up the salary and the BS corporate 90hr work weeks to go back to my roots, construction/general contracting. Now I like what I do, control when, where and how, and never work more than 40hrs/week. Most of the time, less. Check out www.rwtm.com to see some of my work. The rest of the time I spend sailing, thinking about sailing or working on the boat.

Dream job? Have enough money or somehow get paid to cruise around the world. RT

Digital pimp. I write web based business (seriously) software for the largest managed dedicated adult webhost. I also run a side job writing web based apps for non webhosting companies. I try to keep the side stuff media rich, I do enough bean counting at the daily grind. Current side project is developing a flash interface to sell units of marketing space on NASCAR and related cars. I also have a kid who is a part time job on her own. Between kid, work, side jobs, cars, DIY home remodeling I have managed to keep my lawyer from retiring too rich......

I work for a 115 yo family business doing inside sales (phone and walk-up) for turf, wildflower and wetlands mixes, fertilizer (granular and foliar), pesticides, soil conditioners, infield conditioners, spreaders and hand tools to golf courses, sports turf managers and higher end landscapers. We also distribute many of the same products to independent garden centers and hardware stores. While we don't have a retail store per se (because we don't want to compete w/our customers), we don't turn homeowners away with money in their hands.

Flower and vegetable seed packets are really what we're known for and I order all of the seed that my brother needs for packaging for the season as well as for sale to other seed companies.

Finally, I serve as Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Lots of titles, lots of responsibility. Money not so much

I would love to be a Traffic Policeman

I would love to be a Traffic Policeman and sit there with my Radar gun and give out tickets:
My Ticket Schedule would be modified from the standard one they use listed below:
NOW
Housewives late for Daycare center to drop off their kids on the way to do volunteer work at the Old Folk's Home ...... (Every Mile over Limit x $200)
Honest, decent, law observing good samaritans who give CPR to strangers and stop to help victims........ (Every Mile over Limit x $300)
Good looking women with scanty clothes........ (Every Mile over Limit = request for phone number)
Politicians, bigshot attorney's, star athleles ........ (Every Mile over Limit x Miles escorted to Front of traffic with Siren flashing)

MY SCHEDULE
Diesel Drivers: NO PENALTY
BMW drivers: Impoundment of Vehicle
Pushy aggressive nasty women drivers: Disconnection of Horn and Duct tape on middle finger
