Calling all subframe gurus
OK. Finally got both mounts in, but the both seem to be able to go in another .25-.5 inches. I can't get them to go in any further than that (into the trailing arm). Is this something that a bit of light driving should take care of? Has anyone else run into this prob?

Did you lube the rubber with anything before installing them?
If not, you may be able to use spray silicone or liquid soap to get the rubber to release enough to let it slide into place. Try the lube and then drive it back and forth a few feet in your driveway and see if it improves enough to let you tighten the rest of the way.
