Hi, NC Benz.

I live north of you in Cary, transplanted from Texas. I've had three W123's and now drive a '95 E300D. A group meet-up sounds cool.

I'm in Lexington and it couldn't be much further east than Raleigh for my parents to let me go... might be able to do Charlotte... I'd love to but I may not be able to.

Hey Andrew,

I've lived in Lubbock, Arlington, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Weatherford and a tiny town called Poolville, which was a watering hole along the Chisholm Trail.

My two daughters live in Houston.

I live in N. VA now, but grew up in Kinston, NC. I've got a house at Pine Knoll Shores (near Morehead/Atlantic Beach area). It's good to see som many North Carolinians here. My sister lives in Wilmington, so I still get therre and to the beach a lot.

I am working on getting an on line map so that we can all place our locations. Might make for better meeting locations.

Just a thought...

Somebody did a map of the USA like that somewhere here on mercedesshop. It was up for a while and then disappeared. I thought it was pretty cool, though. It's great idea. That would make it easier to determine the most centralized location for a GTG. Good luck.

I live in NE Charlotte near 485. There are quite a few Benz at the PullaPart on North Tryon. The good parts don't last long though. There are quite a few good right side seat springs which you can easily swap into your driver side seat.
