garage organization for diesel heads
Face it. For a lot of us guys early into our marriages (10 years or newer), we're lucky to GET the Mercedes in the garage, let alone get out of it once it's parked.
I'd be interested in any type of organizational things some of the more experienced guys have done in their garages in order to make sure they have the most amount of space possible to work on their cars. Pictures would be great too if you have something inventive you have done. And before you get going....I'll thanks you all in advance for all the smart-ass comments of : -just clean up - try organizing -try putting your tools away - stop buying cars - etc.

I love peg boards and metal shelving. I try to consolidate as much as I can. My parents said that if I cleaned the garage I could park my car in it. So me being the dumb 16 year old that I am, I decided to take on the challenge not knowing what I was getting into. Long story short about 3 weeks later it was all cleaned and my car is in it.

pfft. I have to go to my other job at the warehouse and empty a full 53' trailer... its mostly stuff from the old warehouse that hasn't been sorted yet.
My mom let me put my stuff in the garage if I kept it in one area... I have stuff in the attic also(my old headlights) I now have a set of manifolds hanging on the wall and some more auto posters |
