whats a normal 0-60 for 1991 350SDL ? - also ALDA questions

I'm gonna test it out today - so hard in the city to find a good road to test it without worrying about cops!

Maybe this is all in my head, but some days my car seems to have great starting (from stop to go), but some days it seems like a lazy dog. And if i'm on a slight incline, fugheddaboudit.

What is the normal 0-60mph time for this car?

Does tampering with the ALDA help this time? I CANNOT find the ALDA on my car! I don't want to mess with bypassing anything, can I simply CCW turn it - where exaclty is it does any have pics for a 603 engine.

Also how can I tighten the accelerator pedal so it responds from a lighter push. Seems like I have to floor it to get going sometimes. After driving my car, if I get into my mom's minivan i'm scared to just tap the pedal because in comparison it seems like a sports car.

My steering wheel also seems lose, how can I tighten it so it doesnt have such looseness.

Thanks!
-new 1991 350SDL driver, 278k, 10k which are mine

Should be about 10-11 seconds.

Anywhere from 10 - 12 seconds depending on how you accelerate from a stop.

Check your linkage and make sure you're hitting the full load stop on the side of the injection pump. Sounds like something is slack.
