Craig-you were right, the relay for the windows is not in the engine compartment, it's behind the gauges. You have to disconnect the entire cluster to change the relay.

That is dumb.

But it's fixed. Thanks to all for your posts!

No problem, I assumed it was under the dash someplace, but I didn't know where.
