never settle! if you want a LWB W126 with a 603 then shoot for it. The next one will come around...

like me when i missed out on the 94 E500 i had thoughts in my head of settling with a 400E because they are cheap and a dime a dozen. But instead im holding off until another one shows up that suits my liking and price.

What are we going on about Capos and Soldiers.. I'm seriously lost..

This is probably a sign.. just give up the hunt for the w126 and fix my w123... such a pos... the frign driver window regulator is about to die (its being very clunky), water pump is on the verge of nose diving into the radiator, rear seal is going going almost gone..paint.. ha.. what a farce...

I wish I made more money.. I should super turbo my benz.. but that would be a waste of time since a 603 is inherently faster stock than any super turbo 617... stupid 5 cylinder uniflow head.. who the hell though of that..

Sorry man, being The Don I assumed you were up to speed on the Mafia/Cosa Nosta hierarchy. Consider it dropped.

If it's speed your after, get a SEL. We can fix all the other crap on the W123. I know where you can get a window reg real cheap.

What a good learning experience! You have to pounce on a good deal like Sylvester on Tweety. You can't be making up personalized license plates and photoshopping the car into your driveway.
You gotta go get it!
It at least made for your high participation in this thread.......
