fuel pump preasure

Just out of curiosity, what is the preasure of the fuel out of the fuel pump? and will it cause grief if you put too much preasure into the IP?

ok, so I don't have to worry about over-preasure?

Within reason though a high volume high pressure electric fuel pump for a fuel injected engine might leave too high a residual pressure in the injection pump. Thats if it flows more than the return can easily deal with. The reason I threw this in is the predominate pumps laying around today are high pressure types.
