1984 190D 2.2 Vacuum Diagram???

Anybody have a link or know where I can get a vac diagram for a 1984 190d 2.2 NA?

Here's the problem:
I am loosing vacuum after idiling for a few minutes my brakes get hard and if I have to shut down I need to rev the motor a bit before it will shut down. If I'm cruising down the road all is good except for the hard 1-2 shift and flaring 2-3 and 3-4 almost stacking...

I put the mighty vac on the only nipple valve on the booster line and got 5hg at start up idle and 20hg at 3500rpm if I return to idle it slowly looses vacuum. I haven't checked to see if the brake booster is leaking, but I have a feeling I might need a new vac pump. Is it possible that the check valve on the pump needs a cleaning.. Is there a way to test the check valve to see if it is still fuctioning properly?

Thanks

As far as I know, You have a piston type vac pump. It can be rebuilt. Do a search on piston type vac pump.

I'm not finding any info on a rebuild kit...

Can you just clean the check valve on the main line? I want to try all options before spending $$$ on a new vac pump.

Thanks for the Vac diagrams!!!

Any body know if removing and cleaning the check valve will help? Are there any small pieces that can come flying out when removing the check valve?
