Mounting Euro Bumpers on a W116
Getting ready to do it, just wondering if anyone has any helpful hints before I get too deep into it. Thanks.

Josh - On the front, you'll need to remove the brackets that are welded to the car for the upper bumpers (torch or die grinder). The uppers attach to the main bumper on the euro's instead of the car on the US version.

Thanks Mark, that was one of the first things I noticed when I unpacked them. Just about have the rear one on, had to do a little drilling and filling.

I hope "filling" can be assumed to be WELDING?
filling a bolt hole with anything other than a bolt, or weld is shortening the rust freeness of your car by about 10 years..... my 2c
