Ok I`ve replaced the seals under the delivery valves stopped leaking for about a month. So now it`s leaking in the same place and worse. Can the delivery valves cause this and if so can I used the valves from a 240 injection pump only a couple are leaking. Or any other Idea`s? I torqued them to the specs. Thank`s Rick

There are rubber O-rings in there too.

(See your Bosch service station and replace with "VITON")

If the FSM torquing procedure is not followed exactly the copper rings will leak.

It is possible to "WARP" the I.P. under undue stress (I.E. "Torquing" incorrectly)

I would only use the delivery valve(s) specified by either Bosch or Mercedes.

No there are no o-rings in this pump. Not this year.
