Removal of center console

How do you remove the wood panel housing the shifter and window switches? Pictures would be nice.

remove carpet in console tray, unscrew the one (or two) screws at the front of the tray that hold the wood down. remove the ashtray to give you more room to lift the wood out. then lift it out.
